Wellbeing 

In the morning, depending on the animation programme, the entertainment staff proposes morning exercices, aerobics, etc...  

 

Each morning you are invited to join a member of the Activities staff for a gym session in the pool, or on the pool side, if you prefer. Very good for a general tone up of the muscles.

  

Fitness Training

There are several sorts of gymnastic apparatus around the swimming pool for the sports minded; a session can be finished off with several lengths in the pool itself.
