The Ranch
Rendez-vous at the Ranch, near the aquaparc, in july and august.
From June onwards, come to the Ranch so that the youngsters can enjoy a ride.
The kids can choose their mount, and then be lead around the campsite by a handler.
It is essential to follow the safety rules as it is an activity under parental control.
There is a fee of 9 Euros per half-hour.
Outsite La Grande Métairie
If it appeals to you, there are pony, or horse riding courses, and rides, at the Centre Equestre du Manio (Manio Horse Riding Center) just 200 meters from la Grande Métairie.

For Children over 7 years old
from 10am to 12.45am
105 euros for 4 days, or 29 euros per day
For Children 4, 5 and 6 years old
from 11am to 12.30am
70 euros for 4 days, or 18 euros per day
The Manio Horse Riding Center suggest also :
- introduction for children and adults
- horse riding on the beach
- pony riding for childen over 3 years old
