We offer a large range of mobil-homes "CLASSIC". These accomodations are equipped with 2 or 3 bedrooms and can welcome 4 to 6 people depending on your choice.
Outside, the fourniture garden and 2 sun loungers are installed on a gravel terrace. A barbecue is ideally placed for your outdoor meals.

You will be close to nature, yet retaining all home comforts : 1 bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe & shelves; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe & shelves; bathroom with toilet & shower; living room with built-in kitchen area; there is a convertible bed for 1 people in the lounge area; an external, gravel finished terrace with garden furniture, including sun loungers and a barbeque.
Crockery, cutlery and cooking vessels are included in the inventory.
You should bring your own linen: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, dish clothes etc. Should you prefer there are disposable linen items for sale from Reception: costs are 15 Euros for double beds, 10 Euros for single beds. These sets include top & bottom sheets and pillow case covers.

Mobile-home rentals, practical questions
Upon receipt of your booking request form accompanied by the corresponding deposit, and depending on our availabilities, we will send you a booking confirmation.
If there are no availabilities for the requested period, your deposit will be returned.
On arrival, you will have to show your booking confirmation to the reception.
Accomodation
The reserved pitch will be available from 5.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated on the scheduled departure date before 10.00am.
The equipment in each accomodation is listed on an inventory.
Arrival and Departure Days
Depending on availabilities, we can offer the following period of rental :
- from Saturday to Saturday : 7 nights
- from Wednesday to Wednesday : 7 nights
- from Wednesday to Saturday : 10 nights
- from Saturday to Wednesday : 11 nights
(7 nights minimum during the school holidays)
Deposit
A deposit of 200€ wil be asked upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay once the inventory has been checked, with deduction made in case of material domaged or lost, also for extra cleaning fees if the accommodation is not left in a good condition of cleanliness.
If the inventory can not be checked during the office opening hours, the deposit will be returned to you by post.
Cleaning of the accommodation
The client is responsable for the cleaning of the accommodation. At the end of your stay, the accommodation and the surrounding areas should be returned in a perfectly clean and undamaged state.
I this is not the case, the client is charged for a cleaning fee of minimum 60€.
On request, you can book the cleaning service the day of your departure for 50€ (booking 2 days before).
Animals :
Dogs, cats and other domestic animals are allowed exceptionnally in our accomodations, for 4€ per day.
Extra tent :
On request, an extra tent can be allowed for 5€/day.
Specific Choice
Choice specific pitch or accomodation or special request : 20€ per reservation
Extra car :
You can park one car near your mobil-home. For a second car on your pitch, you will have to pay 3€ per day. If you want, the carpark near the reception is free.
Deposit required :
25% of the total amount, in euros.
Balance :
payment 75% of the total amount of your stay in euros, at the latest 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If this delay is not respected, the rental contract will be considered as cancelled by the client.
No reduction in case of cash payment or payment in advance.
There will be no refund in case of delayed arrival or earlier departure.
Cancellation costs :
- 10% of the total amount if cancellation tackes place more than 2 months prior to the schedulded arrival date
- 25% of the total amount if cancellation takes place between 1 and 2 months prior to the schedulded arrival date
- 100% of the total amount if cancellation takes place less than 1 month prior to the schedulded arrival date.
Our prices do not include a cancellation insurance. We recommend you consult your insurance company.
Campsite regulations :
The undersigned and the people concerned by this contract as well as their guests (5€/guest/day), commit to respect the Campsite regulations.
The present terms and conditions updated 16/11/07 cancel and replace all previously issued terms and conditions.
