Reception :
The reception office is open in 2012
between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. from the 31st March to the 18th of May;
between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. from the 19st of May to the 30th of June,
between 8.30 a.m. and 8 p.m. during July and August, and
between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. from the 1st to the 08 of September.
The campsite will close at noon on the 8th of September.
At this office you may make your reservation for accommodation on site (campsite emplacement, mobile home or tree house cabin), obtain local tourist information and reserve other activities, either those within the campsite complex or elsewhere.
All arrangements for arrivals and departures are made through this site office.Should you wish to leave your holiday accommodation outside the above stated opening hours, we would ask that you settle all fees due the day before that departure.

Bookings for the tennis courts, (6.50 €/hr & 10 € deposit)
Bookings for the mini golf, (3 €/club & ball, & 10 € deposit)
Payment for camping car service point (6 €/service, free for the campsite's customers)
Payment for clothes washing facilities (washing machine 5 € & dryer 3 €)
Sales of telephone cards
Sales of Internet cards (3€ for 30 mins.) for the terminal, the Cyber Café and the Wifi card (5€/hour)
Electrical iron hire (1€, & 10€ deposit)
Photocopying service (0.30€ onepage)
Fax service. (1.50 € to France ; 2.00 € for foreign country)
Cash point
Security box rental (3€/day & 50€ deposit)
Sales of disposable bed sheets & pillow cases (double bed 15€, single 10€)
Visitors : 4€ per child
Visitors : 5€ per adult
Pets : 4€ per day
There is a Mini Yellow Pages available at the office giving contact details etc., of doctors & other medical professions, restaurants, crêperies, garages & break-down services, car hire, timetables etc., for trains, planes & ferries, and more.
Most credit/debit cards are accepted, including Visa, Premier, Master, Eurocard and Gold. They may be used for payments in the Boutique (above 10€), mini super market Vival, at the bar, the Blue Lagoon Restaurant and at the Reception office.
